Dear Customer,

We would like to say thank you. We know that when it comes to getting your bat(s)/gloves worked on you have a lot of choices, and you chose ProRollers.net. We appreciate your business and look forward to working for you. Once we get your bat(s)/glove(s) we will service them and ship them back to you once completed. Bats are done in 24 hours and gloves are completed in 3-4 days.

What to do after checkout depends on how you selected to get your bat(s)/glove(s) to ProRollers for service. If you are shipping the bats/gloves to us at your cost as selected, go ahead and ship them immediately to the address below. If you elected to have a UPS shipping label emailed to you we will have one in your email inbox same business day of the order, it is a manual service on our end. At this point box up your bats/gloves, write your order number on the box and get them to a UPS driver or store.

Please include your order number or the receipt from this transaction inside the box with your bat(s). Once they arrive we will have a work order set up for your bat(s) and we will get them tested, heat rolled, tested again to ensure proper break in before we box it back up. We take pics of the process along the way for your own reference and you can view them on our Instagram account anytime. Don’t hesitate, your competition isn’t… Send us your bats today and hey will be back in your hands hot and ready.

You can use FedEx, UPS, or the US Postal Service to ship us your bat(s). If you require signature confirmation it may slow down the process since we are not always at the front of the shop to sign for packages. Once we receive your bats we will perform the services requested and send them back UPS with the service you selected.

All multi-bat orders need to be in one box to receive the discounted price.
